Some people really shouldnt be allowed on the roads, and with the loss of nearly all motorway police patrols, will go unchecked - with driving standards dropping rapidly IMO since the HA started patrols.
Like the elderly and usually women in the middle lane doing 40 holding onto the wheel for dear life so they dont have to deal with overtaking.
There really should be a second/advanced licence requirement before being allowed on motorways.

Norovirus link to alternate weekly rubbish collections?
Norovirus is sweeping the UK (see http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/7169347.stm).
The increase since 2006 is being penned by experts as a massive increase. Could this be reflective that during 2007 many more UK councils threw our health concerns to one side as they adopted alternative weekly refuse collections (AWC).
Surely there HAS to be a link between the 2?
